Who is responsible?
The Stress Less Pencil, Västra Gatan 61, 442 31 Kungälv, Sweden, is responsible for the personal data you submit through this website. You can reach us through the contact page.
What data do we collect?
Through an event inquiry: event type, name, email, phone, number of guests, preferred dates and times, location, the child’s name and age (kids party, if you fill them in) and your message. Through the contact form: name, email and message. We also store the language you used.
Why and on what basis?
We use the data to answer your inquiry or message and to plan a possible event. The basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form.
Email and storage
The data is stored in our database. We email it to the studio owner and send you a copy. We do not sell your data.
How long is it kept?
We keep the data for as long as it is needed to handle your inquiry and a possible event.
Cookies and optional tags
Google Tag Manager is used for optional analytics and marketing tags, including personalised advertising, only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Depending on the configured tags, Google may process page visits, device information and IP addresses. This website does not add form names, emails, phone numbers, children’s details or messages to its analytics queue.
Your cookie choice
Your acceptance or rejection is saved in your browser’s local storage for 180 days. You can use the whole website if you reject. Change or withdraw your choice using Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Withdrawal reloads the page to stop optional tags and removes known Google analytics cookies on our domain. Third-party cookies may need to be removed using your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent and object to the processing. Contact us through the contact page. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
